The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone trade license is issued for one (01) year, except for a few sectors. The license must be issued on time; failure can lead to a fine of AED 50 per day. - Prepare the documents for the license renewal.
- Check the renewal quotation received from RAKEZ Freezone. The quotation is normally forwarded by email 60 days before the license expiry.
- Submit a request for a renewal quotation to the customer care if the quotation hasn’t been received.
- Upload the documents to the online portal of RAKEZ.
- RAKEZ authority will review the documents and seek clarifications/ additional documents if required.
- A renewed trade license will be issued if all the documents are correct.
