3. Employment or Work Visa in UAE

Also known as the pink visa, a UAE work visa is applied by the employer on behalf of the employee and is approved by the Ministry of Labour. If you want to work in the UAE, then this visa is mandatory. To obtain a work visa in the UAE, you need a valid job offer from an employer in the UAE. The employer will also apply for a work permit with the necessary documents. Once the visa and work permit are issued, the employee has two months to enter the UAE. The validity of a work permit in the UAE is only 60 days, and the application for a work visa must be submitted within this timeframe. Once issued, your UAE work visa is valid for up to three years.

5. E-visa

Additionally, your GCC residency must be valid for at least three months from the date of arrival.
