    • Subleasing is the process of leasing a part of the already leased property to another company. You can sublease a portion of your commercial or business space to another company after obtaining approval in advance from the RAKEZ authority.
  • How can I get my license renewal quotation?
    • The license renewal quotation will be emailed to you two months in advance (60 days). You may also seek the same from the RAKEZ customer care if you want (within 60 days of license renewal date only). The late fee for renewal of the license in AED 50 per day.
  • What if I fail to submit an audit report in time?
    • A fine of AED 2500 will be levied on your firm in case the audit report, prepared by an authorized auditor, is not submitted on time. This may also lead to additional punitive measures, including suspension of service.
