Do you know the steps involved in registering a company in Dubai Municipality? In this section, we can discuss the steps involved in registering.
- Determine the business activity, trade name, and business structure before starting the application process.
- Choose a suitable location for your business.
- Notarize documents such as MoA and LSA (if required).
- Apply to the DED and enclose the fee amount.
Online Registration Process:
- Create an admin account on the Dubai Municipality portal.
- Enter details about the company, such as business activity, structure, trade name reservation, etc.
- Enter your personal information, after which you can wait for the initial approval from the Dubai Municipality team.
- Create a business user account.
- Select the “Management of company users” option.
- Access E-Services and apply for your company's registration.
To register your company with the Dubai Municipality, you should meet the following criteria:
- The company must hold a commercial or trading license.
- Prepare an MOA outlining the company’s structure and operations.
- Secure a physical office space and a tenancy contract.
- Select the relevant department under which the business will operate.
- The Dubai Municipality may request a digital copy of the company logo.
- Prepare identification documents.
- The company may need to draft an agreement with a local service agent if required.
The following documents need to be submitted with the application:
- Owner’s passport copy.
- Copies of the applicant's visa pages.
- Valid trade or company license.
- Emirates ID copy.
- Details of the company: location, contact details, and P.O. Box address.
